Smoked Chuck Roast

I have smoked a lot of different meat over the years. One thing that I have never smoked is a Roast. I know a guy that cuts meat as a side gig (like a meat locker) and he told me that he smoked a chuck roast and that it was delicious. Of course, now I want to try doing this!

Today, I will be smoking my first Chuck Roast and will be sure to get a lot of picture to share!
