Here I am again!

Well, I made a blog about how hard it is to remember to write on my blog late last year...and here I am again! It has been a hot minute, and I will try to get back here more often to make posts! I have had a lot going on in life, so this has definitely not been a priority. I am hoping to have some positive changes coming soon, and that will significantly improve my time available to do the things that I want to do as well as the things that I enjoy doing! *fingers crossed Since my last update, I have traveled around the state on vacation, camped (a lot!), worked on my vehicles, and done some cooking when I get a chance! I smoked some spare ribs yesterday (always a hit!) and then was just mentioning to my wife how we have not used our Blackstone on our patio all year! We used the one in the camper all of the time, and neglected the poor large 36" one sitting out back...well, we will just have to change that! Do I sense the need to cook cheesesteaks? My wife and I just returned from a trip to NE Iowa, where we took in the amazing scenery and the fall colors! Such a beautiful part of the Midwest! I will be sure to head back here as time allows and hopefully find a topic to post about the majority of the time here...cooking, camping, travel, cars...who knows what that will end up being! Originally I had hoped to make this a site about camping adventures, but I obviously have not made that happen! Until next time!
